This book is so cute! I got The Crazy Easter Day in the mail just yesterday from BH Kids in return for my honest review. And honestly, I loved it.
It would be a great gift for toddler-age/preschool-age kids. It is such a fun take on Jesus’ resurrection because all of the animals are rejoicing with their different noises. I liked that it was all one big celebration!
I also really appreciated that the illustrator portrayed Jesus and some of his followers closer to how they would have actually looked- with brown skin and dark hair. It’s also a sturdy board book, so it should hold up for awhile!
